Order Fulfilment & Dispatch
All orders are dispatched from our dedicated fulfilment centres in the UK and Ireland. We partner with trusted carriers to ensure prompt, safe, and reliable delivery.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days of receipt. During peak periods, including Christmas, processing times may be slightly longer.
Dispatch Notification
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
United Kingdom
All UK orders are shipped directly from within the UK, ensuring:

Outside the UK & Ireland
Orders shipped outside the UK and Ireland may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. The Head Plan is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
Lost Parcels
If you believe your parcel is lost, please contact us at support@theheadplan.com within 30 days of your expected delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and provide a resolution in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Delayed Parcels
While we strive for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We appreciate your patience and will work to resolve any issues promptly.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the packaging and contents.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, uncollected, or refused, the original shipping charges are non-refundable. Additional shipping fees may apply to resend your order.
